Current Support Staff
We are a company that values every member on our team and the unique contribution each person makes toward providing successful services. We work to provide a healthy work environment through respecting and encouraging one another; and as a result we see an excellence of care that our individuals benefit from everyday.
As a direct care provider, our Support Staff work in the homes with 'Individuals' and often accompany them out in the community. Some common tasks include assisting in cooking meals, maintaining home cleanliness, passing medications, transporting individuals and joining them in their leisure activities. Staff also provide emotional and physical support as needed.
Training is provided to all of our staff to equip them with the knowledge and skills to be successful. Training includes CPR and First Aid as well as OIS for positive behavior support and continued training throughout employment. Applicants who are most successful in this position have patience, compassion and flexibility.

Support Staff/direct care provider
Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 50 pounds, and must pass a background check. Integrity, responsibility and compassion are also required. Preferred applicants have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and good driving record as well as experience in human services. Starting at $16/hour. Homes in Monmouth, Salem and Redmond (Redmond location starting wage is $21/hour).
